I’ve had caregivers for over 10 years, with the last 4.5 years provided by SilverBirch. I receive two visits daily: one in the morning to help me get out of bed, washed, and dressed, and another in the evening to assist me with bedtime.

Once a week, I get an extended visit to give my parents a break. In 2022, Covid landed me in the hospital on a ventilator. Being immobile weakened me, so I needed extra help for the first two weeks back at home.
