We are a family run company with over 60 years experience in the Care industry.
We are aware that choosing the right care for family members can be not only time consuming, but stressful. Our aim to take the stress out of this with care assessments at times that suit the customer and their family so we're happy to come to you at weekends and evenings.
Our goal is to provide care that we would be happy for our family members to receive, and we believe the only way to do this is by investing in high quality on-going training for our carers.
All our managers and care co-ordinator's have started out as carers and climbed the ladder to their current positions. This means they have real-world experience to lean on to provide you with the best care and guidance possible.
We realise that families need issues dealt with quickly, so to help with that we have a 24 hour on call service staffed by the office staff (not an outside agency) that know our customers. This ensures that they are aware of the customers needs and can quickly deal with any issues that may arise.
I have worked in Care for nearly 20 years originally training as a midwife, before changing career path to domiciliary care where I have worked my way up from being a carer to a care coordinator before becoming a Register Manager.
I believe that good care can improve not only the quality of someone's life but also their whole well being. I have seen how quality care can have a positive impact not just on the customer but the family as well, whereas poor care can lead to increased hospital admissions and leaving the family feeling frustrated and overwhelmed.
With the office team, and carers, our aim is be to give customers their independence and quality of life while ensuring safety is a priority. Once you join us, we will work with you to assess your needs on an ongoing basis as we want to make sure that you're getting the best possible care.
